About the RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Video Editor & Videographer to join our in-house content team and help build a strong, organic-first real estate media presence. You’ll work closely with our founders, content team, and creators to transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos that educate, entertain, and build trust, while bringing robust storytelling and creative thinking to content across Instagram, YouTube, and other short-form platforms.

What You’ll Do

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos, transforming raw footage into engaging, story-driven content.
- Create compelling visual narratives using strong hooks, pacing, creative cuts, B-roll, sound design, music, transitions, and visual effects to improve retention.
- Develop motion graphics and visual elements, including kinetic typography, animated text, maps, charts, callouts, and other graphics that enhance the content.
- Collaborate with the content team and creators to understand the objective and audience of each video, while contributing creative ideas for scripts, hooks, shots, and storytelling.
- Manage the video-production workflow, including participating in shoots, repurposing long-form content, maintaining brand consistency, organizing assets, and delivering content within deadlines.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and good knowledge of After Effects, including motion graphics and visual effects.
- Solid understanding of short-form content, with an excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, visual composition, typography, subtitles, and on-screen graphics.
- Strong B-roll, sound-design, and music-selection skills,



with an understanding of how to use visual and audio elements creatively.
- Understanding of colour correction and basic colour grading, with strong attention to visual quality and detail.
- Creative, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to work efficiently, take feedback, contribute ideas, and make smart use of AI tools to enhance the creative workflow.

The Ideal CandidateYou understand that a good video isn’t necessarily the one with the most effects. You know when to make a cut, when to hold a shot, when to add B-roll or motion graphics, and when to keep things simple. You understand hooks, retention, pacing, and storytelling, and actively study successful creators and content formats to understand what makes people stop scrolling. Most importantly, you can look at a piece of raw footage and see how it can be made more interesting. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where content is produced consistently.

Preferred / Additional SkillsExperience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- Real estate, personal branding, or founder-led content
- YouTube and short-form video editing
- Advanced After Effects and motion design
- Cinematic or documentary-style storytelling
- Thumbnail design, basic cinematography, drone footage, or AI-assisted creative workflows
