Job Summary The Creche / Childcare Staff will be responsible for providing safe, caring, and supportive supervision to children of hospital employees during working hours. The role involves maintaining a clean and child-friendly environment, attending to the children's basic needs, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and care for children entrusted to the hospital creche.

- Ensure the safety and security of all children under care.

- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and child-friendly setting.

- Assist children with feeding, drinking water, toileting, and other basic needs.

- Engage children in age-appropriate games, learning activities, drawing, storytelling, and creative activities.

- Monitor children's behaviour, health, and general well-being.

- Ensure proper hand hygiene and cleanliness among children.

- Maintain daily attendance and basic records of children using the creche.

- Inform parents/guardians and HR immediately in case of illness, injury, unusual behaviour, or any emergency.

- Ensure children are handed over only to authorized parents/guardians.

- Maintain confidentiality regarding children and their families.

- Follow all hospital safety, hygiene, child protection, and emergency procedures.





- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance requirements to the concerned authority.

- Support the HR/Administration team in maintaining smooth day-to-day functioning of the creche.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass;

certification in childcare, early childhood education, or related field will be an advantage.

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in childcare, creche, preschool, daycare, or a similar environment is preferred.

Working Requirements

- Willingness to work according to hospital/creche operating hours.

- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.

- Follow all policies and procedures of Preethi Hospitals.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
