Position Summary

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can transform client briefs and brand objectives into strong, insight-led creative strategies and campaign ideas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, content trends, and digital culture, along with the ability to develop creative concepts, campaign narratives, and strategic decks.

The role will also involve working closely with internal teams and reviewing content to ensure that scripts and videos are aligned with the campaign strategy, brand guidelines, and client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop creative strategies based on client briefs, brand objectives, target audiences, and campaign requirements.
- Conceptualise innovative and culturally relevant ideas for influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
- Develop creative strategy decks, campaign presentations, pitch decks, and content recommendations.
- Create campaign narratives, communication territories, content pillars, hooks, and content formats.
- Translate brand objectives and consumer insights into clear and engaging creative ideas.
- Work closely with Brand Solutions, Client Servicing, Influencer Marketing, Talent, and Creative teams.
- Identify the right content formats, platforms,



and creator approaches for different campaign objectives.
- Research social media trends, creator trends, pop culture, and emerging content formats.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions for client briefs and new business pitches.
- Review and conduct QC checks on scripts and video content before client submission or publishing.
- Ensure scripts and videos follow the approved strategy, brand tone, key messaging, deliverables, and brand guidelines.
- Review content for storytelling, grammar, language, brand integration, factual accuracy, and overall quality.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to copywriters, creators, editors, and internal teams.
- Ensure consistency in communication and creative quality across campaign assets.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, creator culture, and competitor campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Experience & Skills

- 1-2 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Content Strategy, Brand Strategy, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Influencer Marketing.
- Experience in developing creative concepts, campaign strategies, and presentation decks.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital content.
- Experience in reviewing scripts, reels, videos, and other digital content.
- Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and ideation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps in content.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into a clear creative direction.
- Good understanding of brand communication, audience behaviour, and current digital trends.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in an influencer marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency will be an advantage.
