Role & responsibilities

- Run intake. Requests come in from sales, delivery, design and leadership. You decide what is worth doing, what waits, and what gets a polite no with a reason.

- Write the briefs. Objective, audience, message, format, deadline, success measure. Nobody starts work on a vague WhatsApp message.

- Own the calendar and the timelines. One plan across owned, earned and paid, with a single source of truth that people actually follow.

- Traffic the work. Allocate to the right person or agency, sequence dependencies, and know at any moment what is where.

- Chase. Site photos from a project head in Pune, an approval from a founder, a delivery from a freelancer. Follow up until it lands.

- Quality check everything before it goes live. If it is off brand, off message or just weak, it goes back.

- Manage vendors: agencies, freelancers, photographers, production. Scope, cost, timeline, quality.

- Keep stakeholders informed without being asked. Weekly status, clear escalations, no surprises.

- Report on outcomes. Reach, engagement, pipeline contribution,

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 7 years in agency account management or project management, or an in-house integrated marketing role with similar scope

- You have run multiple workstreams at once across teams you do not manage, and delivered on time

- Editorial judgment. You can rewrite a weak paragraph and explain exactly why it was weak

- Comfortable chasing people and holding a line. If you need to be liked to function, this will be hard

- Organised by instinct. You reach for a tracker before you reach for a meeting

- Working knowledge of SEO, marketing automation and analytics

- Positive to have Agency background - (account management, project management or traffic).

Experience in long cycle, high consideration categories such as real estate, infrastructure, capital equipment or professional services. Exposure to PR and employer brand. Multi market experience.
