Role: Creative Lead – Graphic Design

Experience: 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the creative and graphic design team.
- Develop creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns and digital content.
- Create high-quality designs for social media, advertisements, websites and print materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
- Review and approve designs before final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, content and other teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative tools.
- Mentor junior designers and improve the overall creative quality.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking.
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory and branding.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
