Role Description The Creative Intern role at Samunnati is a contract, on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will support the creative team in developing concepts and content for branding, marketing campaigns, and agri-focused communication materials.

We are looking for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic junior resource to support our website, digital marketing, and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website management, basic creative development, and video editing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing digital and print assets, assisting in the creation of creatives, videos and presentations, and helping maintain brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage website content, images, banners, and pages.
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.




- Perform basic video editing for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day social media and content updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content and creative requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create explicit, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Understanding of Creative Strategy and Branding to support consistent, purpose-driven storytelling.
- Interest in agriculture, rural development, or social impact sectors is highly beneficial.
- Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or similar) and digital media platforms is must.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
