Responsibilities
- Call customers to verify orders & addresses
- Confirm customer details & delivery availability
- Follow up on unanswered/unverified orders
- Update order status accurately
- Handle basic customer queries when required
Requirements
- Hindi & English mandatory
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers can apply
? 10 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday – Saturday
? 2 Months Probation – ₹15,000 salary
