About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and experienced Creative Head to lead our creative team and drive the overall creative direction of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, visual communication, digital content, campaign development, and creative strategy, along with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall creative vision and strategy for the brand.
- Lead and mentor the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns across digital, social media, print, branding, and marketing platforms.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with the company's brand identity, guidelines, and business objectives.
- Review and approve creative concepts, designs, layouts, videos, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Translate marketing objectives and briefs into compelling creative concepts.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital trends, consumer behavior, and emerging creative technologies.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners when required.
- Present creative concepts and ideas to senior management and internal stakeholders.




- Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects while maintaining consistency and quality.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in a creative/design/branding role, with demonstrated leadership or team-management experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, branding, graphic design, digital content, and/or advertising projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layouts, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of creative and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Experience with social media creatives, digital marketing campaigns, and brand communication.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and project-management skills.
- Ability to think creatively while also understanding business and marketing objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail and a high level of ownership.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in brand building and campaign strategy.
- Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or content production will be an advantage.
- Understanding of current social media and digital marketing trends.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Experience managing and developing a creative team.
