About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our home fragrance brand, which designs and exports products such as scented sachets, reed diffusers, candles, and room sprays to international markets. This role is central to how our products look, feel, and connect with customers across diverse cultures and retail environments — from packaging and labels to catalogues and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for premium/lifestyle branding, and hands-on experience designing for physical product packaging, not just digital media.

Key Responsibilities

- Design packaging, labels, and inserts for products like reed diffusers, sachets, candles, wax melts, and gift sets
- Create print-ready artwork compliant with export/international packaging and labeling standards
- Develop mood boards, seasonal collections, and thematic packaging concepts (festive, floral, minimalist, luxury, etc.)
- Design catalogues, lookbooks, price lists, and trade show/exhibition materials for international buyers
- Create marketing collateral: social media creatives, email campaigns, website banners, and product photography layouts
- Collaborate with the product/production team to ensure designs are print- and manufacture-feasible (die-lines, embossing, foil stamping, etc.)
- Adapt designs for different regional markets, languages, and cultural preferences
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Required Skills & Tools

Design Software:





- Adobe Illustrator (expert level — for die-lines, vector packaging art)
- Adobe Photoshop (image editing, product mockups)
- Adobe InDesign (catalogues, brochures, multi-page layouts)
- Canva (quick social/marketing assets)
- Familiarity with mockup tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Placeit, or similar 3D mockup generators)

Nice to Have:

- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW
- Photography/product styling basics
- Video editing/motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects) for social content
- Understanding of print processes: offset printing, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, die-cutting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, home décor, cosmetics, or lifestyle product packaging
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work (mandatory)
- Experience designing for export markets or international brands is a plus
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and print production (CMYK, Pantone, bleed/trim)

- Ability to balance aesthetic appeal with commercial/manufacturing constraints
- Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors, printers, and cross-functional teams

- Passion for lifestyle, home décor, or wellness product aesthetics
