We are looking for a strong mainline advertising creative with extensive print and integrated campaign experience , excellent art direction skills, and exposure to global brands and US clients .

POSITION DETAILS Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 10–15+ Years Industry Background: Mainline Advertising / Creative Agency ️ Core Expertise: Print & Integrated Campaigns Global Experience: International / Global clients preferred Client Exposure: US clients preferred ⏰ Shift: Rotational Shifts Availability: Immediate to 30 Days Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate to Chennai ABOUT THE ROLE The Creative Director – Art will be responsible for developing and leading the visual creative direction of brands and campaigns, with a strong focus on print, traditional advertising, and integrated communication . The ideal candidate will have exceptional art direction and conceptualization skills , with the ability to transform creative ideas into compelling campaigns across print, outdoor, brand collateral, publications, packaging, social, digital, film, and experiential platforms .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the visual and artistic direction for brand and advertising campaigns.

- Develop solid creative concepts for print and integrated campaigns .
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns across newspapers, magazines, brochures, catalogues, corporate profiles, posters, outdoor/OOH, POSM, packaging, and other print collateral .
- Lead art direction for photoshoots, campaigns, films, and visual productions .
- Work closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Account Management, Marketing, and Production teams.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, mood boards, storyboards, and campaign visual directions.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor Art Directors, Designers, Illustrators, and creative teams .




- Ensure consistency of visual language and brand identity across all communication touchpoints.
- Review and approve artwork and final creative executions before release.
- Coordinate with production teams, printers, photographers, vendors, and other external partners.
- Ensure creative output meets the required standards of quality, timelines, specifications, and budgets .
- Stay updated with advertising trends, visual culture, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Drive innovative approaches while maintaining strong conceptual and visual craft.

REQUIREMENTS ✅ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field . ✅ 10–15+ years of experience in mainline advertising / creative agencies. ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a Creative Director or senior creative leadership role . ✅ Strong expertise in Print Advertising and Art Direction . ✅ Outstanding portfolio showcasing award-worthy print and integrated advertising campaigns . ✅ Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling . ✅ Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign . ✅ Experience handling photoshoots, print production, outdoor campaigns, and creative production . ✅ Exposure to digital, social, film, and experiential campaigns is an added advantage. ✅ Experience working with global brands / international markets , particularly US clients , is highly preferred. ✅ Excellent leadership, presentation, conceptualization, and communication skills. ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE A senior mainline advertising creative with exceptional print and art direction expertise , strong conceptual thinking, global exposure, and proven experience leading creative teams and delivering impactful campaigns for international clients.
