About the Role

At Absolute, design is not a downstream function. It is how we turn complex science into stories, experiences and visual systems that farmers, customers, partners, employees and investors can understand, connect with and believe in.

As a Creative Designer, you will help shape how Absolute looks, feels and communicates across audiences and platforms. The role spans communication design, digital experiences, website design, packaging, scientific storytelling, corporate communication and the broader visual language of the company.

This is not a role focused simply on producing individual assets. You will help define what a contemporary bioscience company looks and feels like creating a distinctive, coherent design language for a category that is still taking shape globally.

You will work at the intersection of biology, sustainability, agriculture and technology, translating ideas, science and ambition into creative work that is clear, compelling and memorable. This is an opportunity to create new design conventions rather than simply inherit existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that communicate Absolute’s vision of building a better future for people and the planet.
- Develop and strengthen Absolute’s visual language, design systems and brand aesthetic across internal and external touchpoints.
- Translate complex scientific, biological and technological concepts into simple, intuitive and engaging visual stories.
- Create compelling communication and creative content for diverse audiences, including farmers, customers, partners, employees and investors.
- Lead creative execution across digital platforms, websites, social media, presentations, campaigns and other communication channels.
- Lead the creative direction and execution of photoshoots, video shoots,



social content and other visual storytelling initiatives.
- Create impactful investor and corporate communication by translating business, scientific and impact narratives into clear visual experiences.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, challenge briefs where appropriate and turn them into high-quality creative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in creative design, brand design, communication design, digital design or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, brand-building and high-quality execution across multiple formats.
- A self-directed creative professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes ownership and is excited by the opportunity to use design to create meaningful impact.
- Someone who is equally comfortable with strategic thinking and hands-on execution - from developing a concept to delivering the final asset.
- Curiosity about science, technology, sustainability, agriculture or emerging categories, and the ability to learn and communicate unfamiliar concepts quickly.
- Graduates from Tier-I institutions such as NIFT, NID will be preferred.
