Creative Copywriter & Content Strategist

6-Month Full-Time Contract | Potential Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Lucknow | Office / Hybrid

Adshots Digital is hiring a Creative Copywriter & Content Strategist to join our team on an initial 6-month full-time contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full time role based on performance and mutual fit.

We are looking for someone who can do more than write captions or generate AI-assisted copy.

You should be able to understand a product, audience, market, and offer — then turn those insights into original ideas, strong messaging, persuasive copy, and creative concepts across different platforms.

What You’ll Work On

- Meta/Facebook ad copy
- 30–60 second video and performance ad scripts
- Hooks, headlines, CTAs, and campaign messaging
- LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership content
- Founder/personal-brand content
- Website and landing page copy
- Social media content and captions
- Email and nurture copy
- Content calendars and campaign planning
- Brand voice and messaging development
- Creative concepts and campaign angles
- Competitor and market research
- Audience research and trend analysis
- Creative briefs for graphic designers and video editors
- Reviewing creative output before approval
- Working with performance data to improve future creative direction

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in copywriting, content, social media, advertising, or digital marketing
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
- Ability to write across multiple formats and industries
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion
- Ability to develop original hooks, ideas, angles, and narratives
- Positive understanding of current social media and content trends
- Ability to research unfamiliar industries quickly
- Experience writing for LinkedIn, websites, ads,



scripts, or social media
- Ability to work closely with designers, video editors, and performance marketing teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

We actively use AI tools across our workflow, and you should be comfortable using them as well.

However, we are not looking for someone whose entire process is:

Brief → AI prompt → Copy → Submit

We want someone who can independently develop:

- Insights
- Campaign ideas
- Hooks
- Angles
- Stories
- Brand language
- Positioning
- Creative concepts

AI should help you research, explore, and execute faster — not replace your own thinking.

Work Setup

This is a full-time 6-month contractual position based in Lucknow.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

- Office-based work
- Hybrid work
- Regular in-person collaboration

This is not a fully remote position.

Growth Opportunity

Strong performers may be offered a permanent full time role with Adshots Digital after completion of the 6-month contract.

The role has the potential to grow into broader responsibilities across creative strategy, brand communication, content strategy, and account strategy.
