Nathu & Sons Jewellers is a trusted jewellery brand offering a wide range of Gold, Diamond, Polki, and Silver Jewellery. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives / Senior Sales Executives.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers and invite them to the showroom.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and update records regularly.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, exhibitions, and special events.
- Coordinate with the showroom and sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Handle customer feedback and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain a professional and positive showroom environment.

Requirements
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in jewellery sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Polki, and Silver Jewellery will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and customer database management.
- Target-oriented, confident, and presentable.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
