Chennai | 1–2 Years of Experience | Immediate Joiner

We’re looking for a Creative Associate with experience in the D2C, e-commerce and fashion space someone with a sharp creative eye, a flair for catchy copy and a strong understanding of how brands show up on social.

THE ROLE

→ Build monthly content calendars for multiple D2C brands

→ Develop social content ideas, concepts, campaigns and hooks

→ Write catchy, engaging and brand-right copy & captions

→ Plan and execute social media postings

→ Create moodboards, mock layouts and visual references

→ Work closely with designers and the creative team

→ Stay on top of trends, formats, hooks, memes and cultural moments

→ Find creative ways to make trends relevant to each brand

→ Experiment with copy, hooks, formats and creatives through A/B testing

→ Review performance and use insights to sharpen future content

→ Handle multiple e-commerce and fashion clients while maintaining each brand’s unique voice

→ Pay close attention to visual details, messaging and execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR





• 1–2 years of experience in creative, content or social media

- D2C agency experience is a must

• Experience handling multiple e-commerce clients, preferably fashion/lifestyle brands

- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and creative work
- A flair for writing catchy, memorable copy

• Strong creative instinct and attention to detail

• Understanding of brand voice, visual language and audiences

• Robust awareness of social trends, hooks and content formats

• Comfortable with moodboards, mockups and creative references

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Curious, proactive and collaborative

• Immediate joiner

• Based in Chennai
