Responsibilities

- Serve as the functional SME for CPG engagements, advising on domain strategy across traditional and contemporary trade channels
- Lead solutioning and functional design for RGM initiatives — pricing, promotions, trade spend optimization, and mix management specifically for modern trade
- Drive sales analytics frameworks for traditional trade distributor performance, route-tomarket effectiveness, primary/secondary sales, and outlet-level insights
- Guide IBP (Integrated Business Planning) initiatives across channels, aligning demand planning, supply planning, and commercial forecasting
- Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to translate CPG business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions
- Own functional requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design across commercial, sales, and supply chain domain areas
- Collaborate with client business stakeholders (category, trade marketing, sales, supply chain) to identify pain points and recommend data-driven solutions
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering and solutioning through delivery and adoption
- Contribute to pre-sales activities,



including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal support for CPG-focused opportunities
- Stay current on evolving CPG industry trends, RGM best practices, and channel dynamics across global markets

Qualifications

- Strong domain expertise in the CPG industry, with working knowledge of both Traditional Trade and Contemporary Trade dynamics in a global context
- Hands-on functional experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) — pricing, promotion, trade spend, mix — specifically for modern trade
- Strong background in Sales Analytics for traditional trade — distributor/outlet-level performance, route-to-market insights
- Experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes across sales, demand, and supply channels
- Ability to translate business/functional requirements into specifications for data engineering and analytics teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences
