Job Role

- Counter Staff

- Welcome and assist customers at the counter.

- Take customer orders and handle billing transactions.

- Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.

- Explain brownies, desserts, products, and available offers to customers.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the counter area.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team for order preparation and timely service.

- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.

- Follow outlet hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

- Process orders and billing efficiently.

- Ensure takeaway and delivery orders are packed correctly.

- Provide information about products, ingredients, and offers when required.





- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.

- Maintain cleanliness of the counter and customer-facing areas.

- Ensure a positive customer experience.

- Follow all outlet procedures and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

- Freshers are welcome.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic Tamil and English communication.

- Customer-friendly attitude.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

- Previous food or café experience is an advantage.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
