We are looking for a responsible and organised Office Staff member to manage day-to-day office operations at our Bharatgas LPG Distribution agency. The ideal candidate should be comfortable dealing with customers, handling basic computer work, maintaining records, and coordinating with the delivery team. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries and provide information regarding LPG bookings, deliveries and related services.
Manage incoming calls and customer requests professionally. Enter and update customer information and booking details in the computer system. Maintain daily records, registers and office documentation.
Coordinate with delivery staff regarding pending and completed deliveries. Handle basic billing, cash/UPI collection records and daily transaction entries. Follow up on pending customer requests and resolve routine issues.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of office records. Coordinate with the agency management team for day-to-day operational requirements.
Ensure the office is organised and customer records are kept accurately.
Perform other administrative tasks required for smooth functioning of the LPG distribution office. RequirementsBasic computer knowledge is mandatory . Comfortable with MS Excel, MS Word and WhatsApp . Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and enter data carefully. Basic knowledge of English and Hindi/Telugu is preferred. Should be punctual, responsible and disciplined. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in an LPG agency, gas distribution office, billing office or similar administrative role will be an advantage.
