Job Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in a polite and qualified manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products. Explain product details, prices, making charges, offers, and schemes.
Handle sales enquiries and convert them into successful sales. Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery items. Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service. Handle billing and basic sales documentation when required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom. Follow company sales policies and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements: Good communication and customer-handling skills. Presentable personality and positive attitude. Basic knowledge of jewellery is preferred. Previous jewellery/showroom sales experience will be an advantage. Fresher candidates with good communication skills may also apply.
