Requirements

- Master in Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology from recognised university
- Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in counselling, psychological services, student mental health
- Experience working with university students/young adults preferred
- Strong counselling, communication, and crisis intervention skills
- Empathy, professionalism, confidentiality, sound ethical judgement
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environment
- Passion for student mental health and preventive care

Responsibilities

- Provide individual counselling and psychological support to students
- Conduct workshops, support groups, and wellbeing initiatives
- Support crisis intervention, risk assessment, referrals, and case documentation
- Supervise CALM Companions Peer Listener Program
- Lead mental health awareness and outreach initiatives
- Contribute to digital wellbeing resources and CALM Wellbeing App
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold professional and ethical standards
