Role Description This full-time, on-site Corporate Recruiter role is based in Rohtak and focuses on end-to-end recruitment for various corporate and operational positions within Apollo Pharmacy.

The Corporate

Recruiter will manage the entire hiring lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes with hiring managers. The role involves partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring efficient, timely staffing for critical roles.

The Corporate

Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics and reports, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include adherence to organizational policies,



assisting with onboarding coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment management.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and effective collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with HR and recruitment tools, such as applicant tracking systems, job portals, and skilled networking platforms.
- Relevant experience in corporate or high-volume recruitment, preferably within healthcare, retail, or pharmacy sectors, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of standard HR practices and local employment norms.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Rohtak, demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality, and show commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring.
