Corporate Gifting Sales Manager — Diwali Season (Commission-based, seasonal)

Location: Open to any city in India (remote-friendly) | Type: Contract (Aug–Oct), commission-led

About Dusala Dusala designs heritage handloom pieces for premium gifting, already well established online. This Diwali, we're building out our corporate and bulk gifting vertical and need someone who can move fast, sell fast, and close before the festive deadline.

What you'll do

- Build and work a pipeline of corporate HR, admin, and procurement contacts
- Pitch curated Diwali gifting packages for bulk/corporate orders
- Handle customization and branding requests for corporate clients
- Close deals and ensure timely delivery ahead of Diwali

What we're looking for

- We're not looking for someone to learn corporate gifting on the job.



You should already have years of experience selling into HR/admin/procurement, with a live network you can activate immediately.
- Experience selling corporate/bulk gifting (hampers, festive gifting, employee gifting) — backgrounds in gifting companies, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
- A fast closer who can work a short, high-intensity sales cycle
- An existing corporate/HR network is mandatory, not a "plus"

Compensation

- Commission-led (% of order value, paid on collection)
- Opportunity to convert to a full time or recurring seasonal role based on performance
