We are looking for a target-driven, proactive Core Sales Executive to join our team. This role uniquely combines B2B Sales, Field Business Development, New Market Expansion, and Jewellery Market Trading.

? Key Responsibilities

B2B Client Acquisition: Prospect, onboard, and manage long-term B2B client relationships across new and existing markets.

Field Sales & Conversions: Conduct field visits, lead client meetings, prepare formal proposals/quotations, and drive end-to-end order conversion.

New Market Expansion: Research untapped regional markets, execute strategies to establish brand presence, and build a local B2B buyer network from scratch.

Vendor & Supplier Development: Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships with vendors, manufacturers, and trade partners for smooth order execution.

Bullion & Scrap Trading Support: Oversee scrap evaluation, precious metal collection, and assist in buying/selling bullion and fine metals.

Professional Communication: Manage end-to-end client communication through professional emails, follow-up cadences, and contract documentation.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue, client acquisition, and field activity benchmarks.

? Industry Knowledge & Production Expertise

Jewellery Production Processes:



Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows—including casting, CAD design, stamping, hallmarking, polishing, and quality control (QC).

Metal & Gemology Basics: Understanding of fine metal purities (925 Silver, Gold/Bullion), gemstones, and scrap melting/purity testing procedures.

Market Dynamics: Awareness of current precious metal rates, trade margin structures, and industry buying trends.

? Candidate Profile & Requirements

Prior experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development (Jewellery or Fine Metal industry preferred).

Proven track record of cold outreach, client closing, and hitting revenue targets.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and proposal-drafting skills.

Willingness to travel frequently for local and regional client meetings.

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to open new geographic territories.
