4-6 years or exp in workday with minimum one end to end implementation experience (must have)

• Expertise in Core HCM and Basic Knowledge in at least 2 other Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent or Recruiting.

• Perform system testing

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Workday configurations.

• Design and configure Workday business processes, Reports, Security etc. to meet business needs.

•, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Workday.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and business processes.

Stay up to date with the latest Workday features and functionality,



providing recommendations for system enhancements.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth integration with other systems and applications.

• Added advantage of ADO is known

Workday Certification is added advantage
