Role & responsibilities:
Lead copywriting across social media brands and retainers
Build monthly content directions with solid writing and platform understanding
Create reactive and proactive ideas around trends, culture, and audience behaviour
Contribute to campaign ideas and one-off project brief
Work with art teams to improve overall creative output
Write across formats static posts, reels, creator scripts, campaign lines, films and digital activations
Help junior writers improve their thinking and execution
Present work confidently to internal teams and clients
Stay updated on internet culture, platform shifts, and emerging content behaviour
