Role Description The Coomis 1 role is a full-time, on-site position located in the South Goa district, focused on supporting daily kitchen operations and food preparation. This role involves assisting senior kitchen staff with mise en place, cooking according to standardized recipes, and ensuring that dishes are presented consistently and on time.

The Coomis 1 is responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, following hotel and regulatory guidelines. The role includes coordinating with other kitchen team members,



managing basic inventory for assigned sections, and supporting smooth service during peak meal periods. The Coomis 1 is also expected to learn and apply brand standards and contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment.

Qualifications

- Culinary skills, including basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and familiarity with standardized recipes.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety practices, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
