Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and supervise nutritious meals for employees in the industrial canteen.

- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with FSSAI and company policies.

- Manage canteen operations including menu planning, portion control, and timely service.

- Oversee procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

- Train and supervise kitchen staff, helpers, and service personnel.

- Implement cost‑effective cooking practices while maintaining quality and taste.

- Monitor dietary requirements and provide balanced meal options.

- Maintain records of daily consumption, wastage, and stock levels.

- Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for employee feedback and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Technology.





- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial canteen or large‑scale catering.

- Solid knowledge of bulk cooking techniques, nutrition, and food safety regulations.

- Ability to manage teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
