We build AI that helps Shopify brands convert more of their traffic into customers. Now we're looking for someone who lives and breathes conversion optimisation to join us in Pune.

What you'll do

? Dig into brand funnels to identify exactly where visitors are dropping off

? Turn data into insights and uncover opportunities to improve conversion

? Build CRO strategies that drive measurable business impact

? Translate learnings into ideas that make Cooee smarter

? Work closely with our team and merchants to improve customer journeys and drive more

What we're looking for

? Around 1 year of CRO or growth experience, with a robust instinct for spotting conversion leaks

? Comfort with data, testing, and numbers, with the curiosity to always ask “Why did this convert?”

? Full-time, in-office at our Pune (Baner) office ?

? Collaborate, learn, and grow closely with the team
