- Prepare and cook food according to the assigned section and company standards.
- Handle South Indian, Chinese, North Indian, and Continental food preparation as per the position.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of kitchen workstations.
- Properly handle and store food ingredients and kitchen equipment.
- Support smooth and productive food service operations.

Open Positions CDP / DCDP:

- Prepare and supervise food preparation in the assigned section.

- Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Commi I – Cook





- Prepare food items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Handle assigned kitchen sections independently.
- Maintain proper food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Support senior chefs during daily operations.

Commi II – Cook

- Assist in preparing South Indian, Chinese, North Indian, and Continental dishes.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and instructions.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support Commi I and senior chefs.

Commi III – Kitchen Assistant / Helper

- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen activities.
- Clean and arrange ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
- Support chefs and cooks during food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Stewards / Utility Workers

- Assist with food service and general restaurant operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of service and work areas.
- Wash and clean utensils and kitchen equipment as required.
- Support kitchen and service teams with daily activities.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
