At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for a Contracts Management Coordinator to join the team in our Bangalore office.

The Role

As Contracts Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the CCS group in the preparation of contracts and change orders for client/sponsor projects. The Contracts Coordinator role is to maximize the efficiency of the Client Contract Services team and provide value to other departments through administrative and support activities.

- Assist Contract Analysts and Associates in preparation of contracts and change orders, along with costing grids or project analysis as needed.
- Co-ordinate with project teams to ensure all required information is available to allow efficient triage and processing of contracts and change orders.
- Create weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports along with special projects for Client Contract Services.
- Obtain authorized signatures for contractual documents in a timely matter.




- Scan, post, and notification of fully-executed contractual documents on a daily basis.
- Tracking and follow up of partially executed documents through to full execution.
- Maintain Client Contract Services and Master Services Agreement database.
- Assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of departmental tracking tools and systems.
- Work with counterparts to ensure standardization and consistency of processes for the Client Contract Services group.
- Coordinate sponsor communication with the Contract Analyst/Associate for partially and fully executed documents.

What you need

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business / Life Sciences is required
- 1 years’ experience working in an administration role
- Excellent Exec and organizational skills – would consider yourself advanced
- Great team player
- A brilliant and confident communicator both verbally and written
- A willingness to learn and develop your career within a leading CRO
