Job Purpose

- Manage contractual, commercial, and procurement activities from tender stage through project completion

- Ensure effective cost control, timely contract execution, risk mitigation, compliance, and project profitability

Key Responsibilities:-

- Review tenders, BOQs, drawings, and project specifications

- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and bid evaluations

- Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, work orders, and purchase orders

- Monitor project budgets, billing, variations, and commercial performance

- Manage subcontractor agreements, certifications, and payments-

- Handle claims, Extensions of Time (EOTs), change orders, and commercial disputes

- Coordinate with procurement, planning, billing, and project execution teams

- Identify contractual and commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Prepare commercial MIS reports, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts

- Manage vendor and subcontractor negotiations

- Ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- MBA / PG Diploma in Construction Management is preferred

Required Experience





- 6–8 years of experience in building construction projects

- Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, township, hotel, or industrial projects

- Strong experience in contract management, tendering, procurement, and commercial operation

Ideal Candidate:-- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes-- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills-- Ability to independently manage multiple contractual activities-- Robust understanding of project costs, quantities, billing, and variations-- Strong coordination and communication skills-- Ability to identify commercial risks and implement timely solutions

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
