Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Contracts Specialist to join our Global Commercial Support Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contractual agreements to create capacity for the Sales team and support effective business transactions. You will be part of a collaborative global team dedicated to providing critical, end-to-end operational and contractual support across the organization.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will:

- Manage and Draft Contracts: Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle—including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and pricing schedules—to deliver legally sound, accurately customized agreements that support sales goals.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product Management teams to resolve complex business matters, align non-standard contract terms, and find optimal solutions for customers while protecting company interests.
- Ensure Compliance:



Review all contractual documents to verify alignment with internal business practices, organizational policies, legal requirements, and established Service Level Agreements.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

- Progressive experience in contracts administration, directly supporting a commercial sales team within a services or technology-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of standard contractual provisions, contract drafting, and general software licensing technologies such as Software as a Service.
- Proven ability in strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and clear written and verbal communication.
- A 3-year college degree or equivalent practical experience.
