We are looking for a Content Writer with 2–3 years of experience to create engaging, research-driven content that supports brand, marketing, SEO, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

- Write blogs, articles, website content, social media copy, campaign content, scripts, and marketing communication.
- Develop clear, engaging, and audience-focused content across formats and platforms.
- Research topics, trends, competitors, audience interests, and search behaviour.
- Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, grammatically correct, and aligned with brand guidelines.

SEO & Search

- Create and optimise content using SEO best practices, including keywords, search intent, headings, metadata, internal linking, and readability.
- Understand and apply AEO and GEO principles to improve content visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
- Identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and emerging topics.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.

Content Planning & Strategy

- Contribute to content strategy and content calendars across blogs, campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
- Develop content ideas aligned with business goals, audience needs, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with content trends, formats,



platforms, and competitor activity.

Collaboration & Ownership

- Work with marketing, design, digital, product, and other teams to develop effective content.
- Manage content projects from brief to research, writing, review, optimisation, and publishing.
- Coordinate with freelance writers when required and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain 95%+ on-time delivery of planned content.

Qualifications

2–3 Years of experience in Content Writing.

Required Skills

- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong research, storytelling, and content ideation skills.
- Positive understanding of SEO, search intent, AEO, and GEO.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and write for different audiences.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Education, EdTech, Publishing, or student-focused brands.
- Experience with social media copy, reels/scripts, campaign communication, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO and content analytics tools.
