Job Role: Performance Marketing Script Writer

- Write high-converting scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other performance marketing campaigns.
- Develop solid hooks, concepts and storylines focused on driving sales and conversions.
- Write scripts that can be easily executed by influencers and creators at scale, without requiring complicated production.
- Convert product benefits, consumer pain points and cosmetic science into simple, engaging and convincing communication.
- Develop multiple script variations across different hooks, angles, influencers and target audiences.
- Study competitor creatives, trends and ad performance to continuously improve scripts.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Influencer and Creative teams to maintain a continuous pipeline of testable content.
