About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Content Strategist who can develop engaging content ideas for brands across social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content strategy, social media content planning, and ad ideation

, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging, relevant, and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop monthly and weekly content strategies and content calendars for different brands.

- Generate creative ideas for

Instagram Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, and other social media content

.

- Ideate

Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad concepts

, including hooks, angles, concepts, and creative directions.

- Develop ad scripts and content briefs for video and static advertisements.

- Research competitors, audience behaviour, trends, and industry insights to generate fresh content ideas.

- Create robust hooks, CTAs, storytelling concepts, and content angles for organic and paid content.

- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, performance marketers, and account managers to execute content ideas.

- Understand campaign objectives and convert them into relevant creative concepts for awareness, engagement, leads, and sales

.

- Analyse content and ad performance and use insights to improve future content ideas.

- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, memes, creator trends, and advertising trends

.





- Develop creative concepts specifically for

D2C and e-commerce brands

.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas for campaigns and brand communication.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in

Content Strategy, Content Creation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing

.

- Strong experience in content and ad ideation

.

- Good understanding of

Meta Ads creative concepts and ad funnels

.

- Excellent writing and communication skills.

- Ability to write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, and CTAs

.

- Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.

- Creative thinking with a good understanding of consumer psychology and storytelling

.

- Ability to understand brand tone and create content accordingly.

- Good research and trend-spotting skills.

- Ability to work with multiple brands and manage deadlines.

- Experience with

D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, or similar consumer brands will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with

Performance Marketing teams

.

- Understanding of

Meta Ads, creative testing, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion-focused creatives

.

- Experience creating ad concepts based on winning creatives and performance insights

.

- Comfortable presenting and explaining creative ideas to the team or clients.

- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools is a plus.
