Amar Jomi is currently building its presence step by step in Samsi, Chanchal, Ratua, and Malda, learning from real market experiences and user feedback.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Strategist role based in Malda.

The Content

Strategist will design and manage the overall content strategy for Amar Jomi’s platforms, ensuring that information about land listings, local markets, and the land-buying process is clear, accurate, and helpful. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content roadmaps, developing messaging frameworks, writing and refining web and marketing content, and collaborating with operations and product teams to translate complex information into accessible language.



The role also involves managing content workflows, maintaining consistency across channels, analyzing content performance, and recommending improvements based on data and user feedback.

The Content

Strategist will work closely with local stakeholders to reflect community needs and build trust through transparent communication.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy and Content Development plans aligned with business goals.
- Experience with Content Management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining content across web and other channels.
- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce clear, concise, and audience-focused materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US; proficiency in relevant local languages is an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, marketplaces, or community-focused platforms is beneficial.
- Comfort working in office in Malda and collaborating with cross-functional teams and local stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and willingness to learn and iterate based on feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
