Role Description As a UGC Content Creator at PPStack, you will produce authentic, engaging user-generated content that showcases PPStack’s learning experiences, courses, and digital solutions across social media and digital platforms. In this full-time remote role, you will plan and script short-form videos, record and edit content, and adapt materials for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand campaign goals, create content aligned with brand guidelines,



and incorporate feedback to improve performance. Day-to-day activities include brainstorming content ideas, reviewing learner stories, capturing testimonials, optimizing content based on analytics, and staying current with trends in EdTech, AI, and digital media.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in short-form video creation, filming, and basic video editing for social media platforms.
- Ability to script, storyboard, and present on camera with transparent, engaging communication.
- Experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar channels.
- Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate complex topics (e.g., AI, data, tech skills, careers) into simple, relatable content.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and working independently in a remote setting.
- Basic familiarity with EdTech, online learning, or career development content is a plus.
- Proficiency with common content creation tools and apps (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and openness to iterative feedback.
- Relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media; a portfolio or samples of prior work are highly beneficial.
