Toffee Coffee Roasters is an Indian speciality coffee brand focused on making exceptional, freshly roasted coffee more accessible. We’re looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor to join our in-house creative team and create engaging, social-first content across our digital platforms.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator & Video Editor who can take content from concept to final execution. The role will involve shooting and editing in-house content, creating static creatives and carousels for social media and Meta ads, and editing influencer and UGC content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, understand social media content, and be comfortable working across both video and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

-Shoot and create in-house content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads, and other digital platforms.

-Handle product shoots, lifestyle content, UGC-style videos, educational content, and campaign creatives.

-Edit short-form videos, including in-house content as well as influencer and UGC videos.

-Create engaging video edits with captions, text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, product shots, and other relevant elements.

-Create multiple video variations and hooks for testing across Meta ads and social media.

-Design static creatives and carousels for Instagram, Meta ads, and other digital campaigns.

-Create product-focused, promotional, educational, and offer-led creatives while maintaining brand consistency.

-Resize and adapt creative assets according to different social media and advertising formats.

-Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to execute content briefs and campaign requirements.

-Stay updated with social media trends, formats, editing styles, and content opportunities relevant to the brand.





-Contribute creative ideas for new content formats, campaigns, hooks, and visual concepts.

-Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of all assets.

-Maintain a consistent visual identity and quality across all video and design output.

Requirements

-1–3 years of experience in content creation, video editing, graphic design, or a similar role.

-Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta advertising creatives.

-Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

-Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar.

-Ability to independently shoot high-quality content using a smartphone and/or camera.

-Valuable understanding of framing, lighting, composition, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.

-Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and effective on social media.

-Good visual sense and attention to detail.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

-A portfolio/showreel showcasing your shooting, video editing, and graphic design work is required.

Good to Have

-Experience working with D2C, FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

-Experience creating creatives specifically for performance marketing and Meta ads.

-Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

-Product photography or videography experience.

-Understanding of social media trends and content performance.

-An interest in coffee, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on. You should be comfortable taking a brief and turning it into a finished piece of content with minimal supervision.

You should also have an understanding of the difference between content that simply looks good and content that actually grabs attention, communicates a message, and drives engagement or conversions.
