Role Description The Content Creator will develop engaging visual and written content that supports TBH Event Company’s brand, marketing campaigns, and event storytelling. Daily responsibilities include planning content concepts, capturing photos and videos at events, creating social media posts and short-form videos, and writing copy for digital platforms. The role also involves collaborating with the events and marketing teams to align content with upcoming projects, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and analyzing content performance to suggest improvements.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur,



requiring regular presence at the office and event locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust content creation skills, including social media content development, basic photography and videography, and short-form video production.
- Candidates should possess writing and editing skills, including copywriting for digital platforms, caption writing, and proofreading for clarity and tone.
- Candidates should possess basic design and branding skills, such as familiarity with visual storytelling, layout principles, and use of tools like Canva or similar software.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing awareness, including understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement techniques, and content performance metrics.
- Relevant qualifications include strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site at events, often on tight timelines.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in content creation for events or lifestyle brands, familiarity with Jaipur’s local event landscape, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
