About the role

Cricket With Forza is our premium flagship page — built to go deeper on global T20 leagues than anyone else, while still covering Test and ODI cricket with real quality. We're looking for a creator who can be both the on-camera face of the page and the producer behind it: someone who scripts their own long-form content, knows how to guide a shoot, briefs editors on exactly how a piece should come together, and can hold their own in a podcast-style discussion on cricket well beyond the IPL and Indian cricket. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who wants to build a recognisable presence as the voice of a premium cricket page.

Key Responsibilties

• Host and appear on camera across the page's flagship formats — short and long-form videos, opinion pieces, and podcast-style discussions.

- Script and structure long-form video content (8–10 minutes) that breaks down tactics, storylines, or global cricket topics in depth.
- Plan and guide the shoot process, working with videographers to translate a script into a visual plan.
- Brief and guide editors on structure, pacing and tone so the final cut matches the page's premium positioning — without needing multiple rounds of revision.
- Lead or participate in podcast-style discussion formats, holding an informed point of view on cricket topics beyond the IPL and Indian cricket.
- Deliver content fluently in both Hindi and English, switching naturally depending on the format and audience.
- Stay on top of global T20 leagues alongside Test and ODI cricket,



so coverage never defaults to India-only storylines.
- Work closely with the wider content team to keep the flagship page's voice and quality bar consistent across formats.

What we're looking for

• Open to any gender, 25 years or older, with solid, demonstrable knowledge of cricket beyond the IPL and Indian cricket — global T20 leagues, and Test and ODI cricket.

- Prior on-camera experience — hosting, presenting, or creating video content as the face on screen.
- Comfortable scripting and structuring long-form video content (8–10 minutes), not just short-form.
- Experience guiding or directing video edits — able to clearly brief editors on structure, pacing and tone.
- Confident holding a point of view in podcast-style or panel discussion formats.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English, with the ability to switch naturally between the two depending on content.
- Willing and able to work on-site, five days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience producing or hosting a podcast or long-form video series, personal instagram account dealing with cricket news and updates.

- Deep personal interest in franchise T20 leagues outside India — SA20, BBL, ILT20, MLC, The Hundred, and others.
- Prior experience with a cricket or sports media brand.
- Working familiarity with editing software or post-production workflows, even without hands-on editing experience.

This is a host-producer role — the creator shapes both what's said on camera and how it comes together in the edit.
