Content Creator – Video & Social Media

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator who can independently handle video shooting, on-location reporting, video editing and social media content creation.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience creating short-form videos/Reels and be comfortable working both inside the office and outside for shoots or reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
- Handle video shooting, framing, basic lighting and audio.
- Conduct outside/on-location reporting and shooting when required.
- Independently edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create content from concept to final edited video.
- Review trends and develop creative content ideas.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, style and brand guidelines.
- Deliver videos within agreed timelines and production targets.




- Work with the team to develop new content concepts and campaigns.

Requirements
- Previous experience in content creation/video production.
- Strong portfolio of previous video work.
- Minimum 5 previous video samples required before the interview.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ability to independently handle video editing.
- Comfortable with on-location/outdoor shooting and reporting.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Creative mindset with good communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to consistently produce quality content within deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
