Role Description This is a part-time, Content Creation role based in Indore, focused on real estate projects and brand communication. The team member will create written and visual content for property listings, brochures, websites, and social media platforms to showcase ongoing and upcoming developments. Daily responsibilities include drafting property descriptions, writing blogs or articles about projects and community living, updating content across digital channels, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to align messaging.

The role involves researching local market trends,



preparing concise project narratives, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all materials. The content creator will also support event promotions, campaign storytelling, and timely content calendar management.

Qualifications

- Robust Web Content Writing and Writing skills for real estate listings, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Content creation like Reels and Photos.
- Should have instruments to shoot and editing.
- Ability to plan and organize content through effective Content Strategy and Content Management.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with marketing, sales, and design teams.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., office suites, content management systems, social media platforms).
- Attention to detail, strong grammar, and ability to maintain a consistent brand tone.
- Knowledge or interest in real estate, architecture, or urban living is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing education in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred.
