Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Native iOS Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Swift, iOS SDK, UIKit/SwiftUI, application architecture, REST APIs, CleverTap integrations, Scan Go functionality, product variant implementation, performance optimization, testing, and App Store deployment .

The candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA, and other developers to build scalable, secure, high-performance, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- - Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift .
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
- Develop reusable UI components and frameworks.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Implement and maintain CleverTap SDK integration for customer engagement, analytics, and marketing use cases.
- Implement Scan Go / Scan-and-Pay functionality for retail and commerce applications.
- Develop barcode/QR code scanning capabilities using native iOS frameworks and/or third-party scanning SDKs.
- Implement product and product variant management within the mobile application.
- Integrate product catalog APIs to retrieve and display product variants such as size, color, style, pack size, flavor, configuration, or other variant attributes .
- Implement product variant selection and validation based on availability, inventory, pricing, promotions, and business rules .
- Ensure the selected product variant is correctly represented throughout the product detail, cart, checkout, payment, and order flows.
- Handle variant-specific SKU/item IDs, pricing, inventory, images, attributes, and promotional information .
- Implement product variant selection, switching, quantity updates, and cart synchronization.
- Ensure accurate product and variant information when products are added through Scan Go .
- Handle cases where a scanned product maps to multiple variants or requires additional variant selection.
- Integrate Scan Go flows with product catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory, shopping cart/basket, checkout, payment, and order services .
- Implement secure checkout and payment flows associated with Scan Go.
- Track product, product variant, Scan Go, cart, checkout, and purchase events through CleverTap .
- Optimize product browsing, variant selection, scanning, cart, and checkout experiences for speed and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.

Concurrency Performance

- - Strong understanding of Swift Concurrency / async-await .
- Experience with GCD and multithreading.
- Ability to identify and resolve memory leaks and retain cycles.
- Experience optimizing API calls, product loading, image loading, scanning, variant selection, cart operations, and checkout flows.
- Experience using Xcode Instruments and other profiling tools.

Testing Quality

- Proven experience working on complex applications involving APIs, third-party integrations, analytics, push notifications, product/catalog, cart/checkout, payment, and order flows.
- Experience taking applications through development, testing, release, and production support.

Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
