About the Role

Intellect Bizware Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FI and SAP CO to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, business process consulting, configuration, and client-facing engagements across implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration/conversion and support projects.
- Analyze existing SAP ECC FI/CO processes and assess their compatibility with SAP S/4HANA.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, process assessment, and business requirement gathering for migration and enhancement activities.
- Configure and support SAP FI and SAP CO modules in the S/4HANA environment.
- Work on Product Costing and COPA (Controlling – Profitability Analysis) as part of migration and post-migration activities.
- Support data migration, master data validation, configuration validation, and reconciliation between ECC and S/4HANA.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to Universal Journal, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, AP, AR, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Support migration-related activities including business process validation, configuration remediation, testing,



and defect resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, interfaces, and migration-related objects.
- Execute and support Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and post-migration validation.
- Identify and resolve production issues during cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, and PS to validate end-to-end business process integration.
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user training.
- Prepare and maintain functional, configuration, migration, testing, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in SAP FI and SAP CO.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion, transformation, or migration support.
- Minimum 1 End-to-End SAP FICO Implementation Project.
- Strong knowledge of Product Costing and COPA.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)




- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Experience in business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and customization.
- Experience in data migration validation, reconciliation, testing, and defect resolution.
- Strong understanding of ECC vs. S/4HANA Finance process changes.
- Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, hypercare, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA or CMA qualification is preferred.
- SAP Certification in SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA Finance will be an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA conversion/migration projects is highly preferred.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, SAP Best Practices, and S/4HANA Finance innovations will be an advantage.
- Experience working with domestic and international clients.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
