About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to support the execution and day-to-day management of residential construction (independent villas & bungalows) projects in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, disciplined, willing to work in office and keen to build a career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and site engineers.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and approved quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
- Check workmanship and ensure proper construction practices are followed.
- Maintain daily site records, measurements and progress reports.
- Assist in material planning and ensure timely availability at site.
- Identify and report site issues, delays or quality concerns to the senior team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping,



safety practices and discipline at the site.
- Coordinate with different trades to ensure smooth execution of work.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering OR ITI qualification in any construction-related trade such as Mason, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Welder, etc.
- 0–1 year of experience in construction/site supervision. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Basic understanding of construction activities, drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites across Bengaluru.
- Should be proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
