As our Site Foreman/Supervisor, you will be the main anchor on the ground, handling daily labor management and translating structural drawings into physical progress.

- Labour &
- PRW Management:

Supervise daily wage laborers and Piece Rate Work (PRW) subcontractors. Allocate daily tasks effectively to avoid idle time.

- Drawing &

- Execution Accuracy:

Read and interpret Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, architectural layouts, and basic Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) to guide execution teams.

- Material Tracking &

- Minimizing Wastage:

Check incoming material deliveries (cement, reinforcement steel, sand, aggregate). Monitor daily consumption to strictly eliminate site wastage.

- Daily Progress Reporting (DPR): Maintain daily site logs, track labor attendance sheets, and draft concise Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for the Project Manager / Billing Engineer.

- Site Safety &

- Cleanliness:

Enforce basic safety protocols in office, ensuring all workers wear mandatory PPE (hard hats, safety vests, safety nets for heights).





- Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of practical site execution experience in RCC structural works, finishing works, brickwork/plastering].

- Education: Minimum ITI Certification, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a highly experienced skilled tradesman promoted through the ranks.

- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of concrete mixing, shuttering/centering alignment, reinforcement checking, and reading complex structural drawings.

- Language: Fluent in Hindi and local languages [e.g., Marathi / regional dialects] to effectively communicate with labor crews and local vendors.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
