Conference Operations team in Bengaluru.

The honest bits We're looking for someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience in running events, conferences, webinars, or similar programs. This is an execution-focused role from day one, so freshers and entry-level candidates will not be considered for this particular opening.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant conference/event management experience
- Graduate in any discipline




- Strong coordination and execution skills
- Comfortable handling time-sensitive situations and live event operations
- Willingness to work extended hours when required during live events Live event days sometimes run long. They also end with a finished experience you can point at—which is one of the best parts of the job.
