- Train and optimize models using YOLO, CNNs, Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and related frameworks
- Build real-time vision pipelines using Python, OpenCV, and GStreamer
- Prepare, curate, and analyze image/video datasets
- Optimize and deploy models on edge/embedded platforms
- Debug and improve vision systems in real-world industrial environments
- Integrate Vision AI with cameras, embedded hardware, robotics, and industrial equipment
- Evaluate model performance, investigate edge cases, and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and reliability
- Collaborate with AI/ML, robotics, firmware, and hardware engineers
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design and architecture

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision / deep learning
- Strong Python, OpenCV, and deep learning fundamentals

- Solid experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and object detection/segmentation
- Experience taking models from prototype to production
- Understanding of model optimization, inference performance, and real-time systems
- Experience working with Linux, Git, Docker, and GStreamer
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with real-world image/video data

Good to Have
- NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, ONNX, CUDA, or model quantization
- ROS/ROS2 or robotics experience
- 3D vision, depth estimation, SLAM, or sensor fusion
- Experience with industrial automation, manufacturing, warehouses, or autonomous systems
- C++ experience
- Experience mentoring junior engineers

What You'll Get
- Build and deploy AI on real industrial machines
- Own projects across the complete Vision AI pipeline
- Work at the intersection of AI, robotics, embedded systems, and industrial automation
- High ownership and direct impact on products
- Opportunity to grow into Senior CV/AI-ML or technical leadership roles
