About the Role

We are looking for a System Operator to join our Operations team. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day transaction activities on company-approved platforms and ensure that orders and payments are processed accurately and on time.

The role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working with computers, online platforms, transaction data, and basic spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

- Process cryptocurrency and digital asset buy and sell orders through approved platforms.
- Check payment details and match payments with the correct orders.
- Monitor active and pending orders and take timely action.
- Update transaction details and maintain accurate daily records.
- Check transactions for errors, mismatches, or other issues.
- Report and escalate transaction-related issues to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with KYC, Compliance, Relationship, and Operations teams when required.
- Maintain daily operational records and reports.




- Follow company SOPs, security procedures, and data-handling guidelines.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer and transaction information.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and web-based applications.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in Operations, Banking, FinTech, Cryptocurrency, or Digital Assets will be an advantage.
