Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Gaya.

The Analyst will be responsible for:

- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining data and documents.
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Reviewing trends, KPIs, and operational data.
- Validating data accuracy and identifying gaps or errors.
- Supporting managers and teams with data-based insights.
- Identifying process gaps and suggesting practical improvements.
- Supporting ongoing projects through basic quantitative and qualitative analysis.




- Maintaining proper documentation of processes and results.
- eTender-filling experience required

Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data handling and analysis.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with common office applications.
- Good document organization and management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate information clearly.
- GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tender-filling experience required.
- Candidates without GeM experience can also apply — training will be provided.

Salary & Performance Incentive
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month
- Maximum Earning: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on performance and target achievement.

Experience Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
