We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & GST Billing Executive to join our team.

? Job Responsibilities: • GST Billing & Invoice Preparation

- Purchase Bill Entry & Purchase Filing
- Sales & Purchase Record Maintenance
- Basic Accounts & Day-to-Day Book Maintenance
- GST-related Data Preparation & Filing Support
- Stock & Expense Entry
- Customer & Supplier Account Maintenance
- Operating OPTECH Billing Software
- Maintaining proper digital and physical records
- Coordinating with our CA/accountant when required

? Requirements: • Experience in GST billing & basic accounting preferred
- Knowledge of purchase/sales entries and GST invoices
- Familiarity with billing/accounting software




- OPTECH experience is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations
- Positive attention to detail and responsibility
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
